The resort has an upgrade option called the Reserve, a boutique resort with luxury residential suites, which is like having two resorts in one. Altogether, there are seven restaurants to choose from at the resort as well as tennis courts, two pools and seven whirlpools. Club Med Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic designed for those who want to enjoy this jewel of the Caribbean, according to its website. The Club Med package includes accommodations, gourmet dining options all day and night, plus entertainment and music.
Visitors can choose from a variety of rooms, from intimate couple’s rooms to family suites. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, security safe, coffee machine, hair dryer and U.S. electrical plugs. Deluxe rooms feature balconies and separate living areas.
The resort offers group classes include windsurfing, sailing, water aerobics and tennis. Individual sports offered are kayaking, beach and hard court volleyball, archery, a circus school and flying trapeze lessons.
Club Med has four swimming pools and a private beach, according to its website. Guests can sign up for tours outside the club such as ecotourism excursions, a visit to Saona Island via catamaran and a safari drive through the Dominican Republic countryside.
